The first 6 months of your puppy’s life are critical to your puppy’s development. Allow us to help you ensure your puppy gets the proper start at being well mannered, confident, and socially adept. Topics covered will include potty training, socialization and confidence building exercises, as well as beginning to lay the basic foundations for obedience with marker training with necessary basic commands such as come, sit, stand, down, place, & off as well as confidence and body awareness.
Your dog will be immersed in training with professional Sit Means Sit trainers. Your pet will spend each day learning from a trainer at the training center, vet’s office, pet stores, Crocker Park, or various dog-friendly stores in the area.
Our most popular programs are in our Transformation University. When your dog is enrolled into one of our Board and Train Programs, or Day Training Programs we do all the hard work for you. Depending on which program is the right fit for you, your dog will come with us and earn one of our highly successful University Degrees.
Our trainers work on having your dog understand and respond to our unique Attention Based Training System. Your dog will receive one on one training with one of our Instructors as they lay the foundations to the training by teaching your dog how to focus and respond through all types of real world distractions. After your dog completes the Degree, we continue the training in you with our Leadership Transfer Lessons. Every dog is given Lifetime Group Class Membership!
Simply put, we do all of the hard work for you!
Board & Trains are designed for the busy family who just needs a little bit of extra help with the foundational stages of training, including addressing current behavioral problems. On average, our trainers can accomplish in one week what you would be expected to accomplish in one month working with your dog on your own.
Private Tutoring Programs are designed for the family who wants to be directly involved and responsible for the success of their dog’s training. With this option, you and your dog will meet with the trainer in one-on-one sessions.
They will teach you how to train your dog and how to specifically address the things that are important to you. We call this “Lifestyle Training,” where we help you incorporate the training of your dog into your day-to-day life. Each private lesson program is client focused and driven. We will teach, show and educate you, the owner, but we cannot be responsible for you. You must do your homework. Responsibility of Success in Private Lessons rest solely on the owner.
